CCL needs resources to help our guests, especially for the essential bus tickets without which many of them would not be able to attend the sessions. We also help them with top-ups so they can keep in touch via their mobile phones.
We raise money in a number of ways:
- Grants from trusts
- Individual donations
- Benefit events, such as the Three-choirs concert held at Mill Hill Chapel in February 2019, the ceilidh we organised in February 2020, and the concert organised by St Michael’s church
- Sale of goods at Christmas stalls
