Our venues
We are extremely grateful to the people at both our venues: Mill Hill Chapel, which has provided unstinting support since we began in 2016; and The Holbeck club, which has been hosting us for several years. We wouldn’t be here without them.
Our funders
Without the support of the following organisations, Conversation Club simply wouldn’t be able to function. With their help we are able to do things such as buy bus tickets for our asylum seeker guests – one of our biggest costs, without which they wouldn’t be able to come to sessions. The funds also help to buy mobile phone top-ups where necessary, take our guests on outings to learn about the UK’s cities and countryside, and to cover occasional emergencies. We would like to gratefully acknowledge their vital support.
